Detailed arrival, parking and shuttle information

Dearest friends,
The Europe Center site is amazingly beautiful but it does have its limitations. Due to its historical and environmental significance and in order to preserve the nature surrounding the Europe Center, the local government has placed some restrictions on us. As you already know, during the entire course no cars will be able drive to the site so we will provide you with comfortable shuttle service.

• no cars or motorbikes will be allowed on the EC property during the course
• please only use our car-park in the town
• to keep you mobile and happy, we have organized a super shuttle service

P3 VIEHMARKTPLATZ main car-park and shuttle bus stop

P3 is for:

• those who come for the course with their own car
• buses organized by countries and centers (These buses will be guided up to the EC. You will leave your bus at the EC’s entrance in front of the Welcome and Registration tent, please let us know when you are coming)
• people arriving by train to Immenstadt train station (100 meters walk to the shuttle bus)
• people coming by plane will reach P3 either by taxi or by train
• people commuting from work, home, hotels or pensions etc. in the area

Welcome at P3 Viehmarktplatz:

• you can keep your luggage in the Welcome tent in case of bad weather while waiting for a shuttle bus
• here you can relax with water, tea or coffee
• we will provide you with basic information about the course, shuttle service schedule and the surrounding area
• there are also toilets at the P3 parking place

OUR SHUTTLE SERVICE

• will pick you up after your arrival at P3 every day

From P3 Viehmarktplatz to the EC and back

• for everyone arriving and leaving the course
• for people coming by car from the surrounding area (hotels, campgrounds or towns and centers near by), will leave their car at P3 and will be shuttled up to the EC
• for people arriving by train to Immenstadt train station (100 meters walk to the shuttle bus at P3)
• for people who need to go from EC into the city of Immenstadt

Arriving to the EC before the course:

We drive with our small shuttle buses from Friday the 16th of July till Wednesday the 18th of August and you can reach us by shuttle phone +49 1577 52 88 285.

From 26th of July on the way to the EC will be closed so we recommend you to park your car at the P2 parking place in the town of Immenstadt and to come back to the P3 parking place on Monday 2nd of August. P2 is one of the cheapest parking places and it is just few minutes walk to P3 from where we will shuttle you up to the EC.

We suggest that you not park your cars at the P3 parking place before the 2nd of August, because there will be big Triathlon event happening on the weekend of the 31st of July to the 1st of August and the P3 parking place has been rented for this event. Also remember that there will be high traffic in the town of Immenstadt on the Triathlon weekend and drive carefully.

Starting on Monday the 2nd of August you are very welcome to park your cars at our P3 parking place again.

Schedule:

Every day from 07:00 to 01:00 whenever it is needed (big buses before and after the program according to the schedule, eight seats buses whole day and at night so you can spend more time with friends after the teachings).

Prices for parking and shuttle

• for shuttle service either in the big bus or in the 8 seat bus the price is € 1, – person/way.
• for parking the price is € 2,- per day.
