CATERING

We will provide food three times a day for everybody at the Europe Center. All meals are included in the course price. Our cooks aim to bring you wonderful food from all our sanghas around the world, so please remember to bring your plates and cutlery along. There will also be an onsite shop where you can buy a variety of goods.

HELP

During the course, everything from cooking lunch to decorating the gompa is undertaken with joyful effort by the full-time volunteer teams, supported by part-time helpers. If you have the surplus to spend an hour or two supporting the course, see the friendly folks in the Job Center, by the Cafeteria. If you would like to help setting up the course, in the building-up or dissolving phases, write to

CHILDCARE

We will provide childcare for children from four to twelve years old, as well as for older children from thirteen to eighteen years old, in a designated area onsite. Our aim is to make a course that is both affordable and convenient for families. In order to make this possible we will need the support of all the parents. We ask all parents with children up to 12 years old to bring their own child seats for the shuttle bus, as German law requires it.

TRANSLATIONS

The entire course (including Phowa) will be given in English. Translation into all necessary languages will be provided. Please bring your own radios in order to receive translation in your own language. You can also rent radios onsite.

MEET’N'CONNECT

Meet’n'Connect is a place where people can meet together and exchange information in a relaxed and informal setting. In this charming space you can find out everything concerning the future development of the Europe Center.

PARKING AND SHUTTLE SERVICE

You can only reach our beautiful EC via the shuttle service. Private cars or buses cannot drive up the hill. There is an official course car park “Viehmarktpatz P3”, for cars and buses. From this car park—located in Immenstadt—a continuous shuttle service will bring you and your luggage directly to the course. The price for the shuttle will be 1 Euro per trip.

ARRIVING BY TRAIN

From the train station it is a short walk to the P3 car park, where the shuttle will take you to the EC. So it’s easy and convenient to come via train to Immenstadt. We also have a special offer from Deutsche Bahn. You can get a return ticket from any German town to the EC for 109 Euro. DEUTSCHE BAHN OFFER

The Deutsche Bahn (German Railway) offers a new special train ticket for us.

Friends from Vienna and Copenhagen can travel to any destination in Germany for 129€ with fixed train or 149€ flexible ticket. This is a round trip-ticket!
We haven’t been able to negotiate prices from other European countries yet. In the meantime you can buy a ticket from your departure country to the 1st german railway station, and then use the domestic special ticket.

Friends from Germany can use the domestic special-ticket that costs 109€ with fixed train and 119€ as flexible ticket, again a round trip ticket.

The ticket can be booked only by phone: call +49 1805 / 31 11 53. International orders can only be paid by credit card, orders from germany also by Lastschrift and the ticket will be delivered by postal service or can be acquired at every ticket machine of the Deutsche Bahn.
